How do I place an order?

Browse our categories (Bikes, E-Bikes, Accessories, Parts), select the product and required size or colour variation, click “Add to basket”, and proceed to our secure checkout.

What currency do you accept?

All transactions and prices on Cars ‘n’ Bikes are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £). Prices include UK VAT where applicable.

Can I buy a bicycle in person at your showroom?

Yes. We welcome visitors to our high-street showroom at 67 Main Street, Frodsham, Cheshire, WA6 7DF. You can view bikes in person, seek rider sizing advice, and pay via card in-store.

Are bicycles fully checked before delivery?

Yes. Every bicycle purchased from Cars ‘n’ Bikes undergoes a comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). Gears, brakes, and safety components are professionally checked and adjusted. For delivery, we securely pack the bicycle with handlebars turned and pedals detached for safe transit; simple final re-alignment is required upon arrival.

How do I know what frame size I need?

Frame sizes depend on your height, inside leg measurement, and intended riding discipline (road, mountain, or hybrid). If you are unsure between two sizes, please contact our team on +44 1928 731575 for personalized sizing guidance.

Can I collect my order from your showroom?

Yes! Free Click & Collect is available for all products from our premises at 67 Main Street, Frodsham. Simply select “Local Collection” at checkout, and we will notify you as soon as your items or assembled bicycle are ready.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your courier tracking reference number. You can also monitor your order status via the Order Tracking page.

What is your returns policy?

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return an unused item in its original condition. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Do your bicycles come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes. All brand-new bicycles, electric bikes, components, and accessories sold by Cars ‘n’ Bikes are backed by official manufacturer warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship.
